We provide trusted home care services across Sandwell, Dudley, Tipton, West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, and surrounding West Midlands areas. Yes, absolutely. All our carers are fully DBS-checked (Disclosure and Barring Service), insured, and trained in safeguarding procedures. We also provide ongoing training in specialist areas like dementia care, autism support, and end-of-life care. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

We accept several funding options including Direct Payments from your local authority, NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Personal Health Budgets, and self-funding. We can help you understand which funding options you may be eligible for and assist with applications where appropriate.

Our minimum visit is 30 minutes, though most care visits are typically 1-2 hours to allow sufficient time for quality care. We offer flexible scheduling from short visits for medication support to longer visits for personal care, companionship, and household tasks. Live-in care is also available for 24/7 support.

We aim to start care as quickly as possible, often within 24-48 hours for urgent needs. For planned care, we typically need 3-5 days to complete our assessment, match the right carer, and set up your care plan. Emergency and hospital discharge support can often be arranged more quickly.

We require 24 hours notice for individual visit cancellations and one week notice for ongoing package changes. We understand that circumstances can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible. Emergency situations are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, and we never charge for visits cancelled due to hospital admissions.

Yes, we specialise in both dementia care and autism support. Our carers receive specific training in person‑centred dementia care approaches and autism‑informed support techniques. We understand the unique needs of individuals with dementia and autism, and we tailor our approach to each person's preferences and requirements.

Yes, our trained carers can provide medication reminders, help with organising medications, and provide prompting for self‑administration. For medication administration, we follow strict protocols and ensure our carers have the appropriate training and authorisation. We maintain detailed medication records and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed.

Absolutely. We understand how important it is for family carers to have breaks. We offer flexible respite care from a few hours to several days, allowing family carers to rest, attend appointments, or take holidays. Our respite carers are experienced in maintaining routines and providing the same level of care your loved one is used to.

We aim to provide the same carer(s) for each client to build trust and familiarity. We maintain detailed care plans and notes that are shared between our team. If your regular carer is unavailable, we ensure any replacement carer is fully briefed on your specific needs and preferences. We also provide 24/7 support for our existing clients.
