These terms apply to all clients, family members, and representatives who engage with our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

A signed care agreement will supplement these terms and take precedence where there are specific service arrangements.

We may need to change or cancel services due to carer illness, emergency situations, or safety concerns. We will provide as much notice as possible and arrange alternative cover where available.

Changes to care plans must be agreed in writing and may affect pricing. We will discuss any changes with you before implementation.

All carers are DBS-checked, trained, and insured. We follow strict safeguarding procedures and maintain detailed care records. Any incidents will be investigated and reported as required by law.

Clients and families are responsible for providing accurate information about care needs, medical conditions, and any changes in circumstances that may affect care delivery.
